These messages relate to the status of client data systems — for example, alerts when a database (such as Azure PostgreSQL), a Salesforce or NetSuite data sync, or a document-processing job (PDF/Excel extraction) shows an issue or delay.

Opting in is entirely optional and is never a condition of purchasing anything or of working with Sequoia Data Consulting. The checkbox is unchecked by default, and you can submit any form on this site without checking it. You provide your mobile number on the same form, and we use it only to send the operational alerts described above.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You may also contact us through our contact form and ask to be removed. Opting out of text messages does not affect our work together or any other way we communicate with you.
Marketing messages
Sequoia Data Consulting does not send promotional or marketing text messages, and the opt-in described here does not authorize them. If that ever changes, it would require a separate, clearly labeled opt-in that you would have to check.
