Our forms offer one optional text-message (SMS) opt-in, with a checkbox that is unchecked by default. It covers operational alerts only — automated notifications about the status of data systems we work on for you, such as a database, a Salesforce or NetSuite data sync, or a document-processing job showing an issue or delay.
We do not send marketing or promotional text messages, and this opt-in does not authorize any. If that ever changes, it will require a separate opt-in that you would have to check.
You receive these messages from Sequoia Data Consulting at the phone number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or engagement, and you can submit any form without checking the box. Message frequency varies with system activity. Message and data rates may apply. Do-Not-Call. Sequoia Data Consulting does not make unsolicited telemarketing calls. We contact you only about a request you submitted to us or a service relationship you already have with us. To report unwanted calls or texts, visit the FTC’s unwanted-calls page, or register your number with the National Do Not Call Registry at DoNotCall.gov. To be added to our own internal do-not-call list, email support@sequoiadataco.com with the subject “Do Not Call Request” and the phone number to suppress.

We may also disclose information where required by law.
